Cantaloupe and Prosciutto Cocktail Recipe
The Cantaloupe and Prosciutto Cocktail Recipe was a challenge of deconstructing something that you would never image in cocktail form and somehow, against all odds, it turns out delicious! Element Shrub did a little experiment with fat washing and created a drink inspired by the classic appetizer “cantaloupe and prosciutto”. This drink is perfect for transitioning from summer to fall.
- ¾oz bourbon
- ½oz pancetta infused bourbon
- ½oz basil simple syrup
- 2oz fresh cantaloupe juice
- ¾oz Chai Pear Shrub by Element Shrub
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and pour over a large ice cube. You can also substitute fresh watermelon juice for cantaloupe and it is just as good.
